Our History
PDSolutions was born in 2002, initially as part of the Amadeus Rom Consultants group and at the time named Forstbach Tests*. It was set in place after acquiring the SHL brand and due to the need to have a distinct company with Assessment Centres as core business, with Dana Furcoiu as Senior Organisational Psychologist responsible for the assessment process.
In 2006, following client’s requests and moving from an employee status to Managing Partner, the company changed its stockholders as well as its name to PDSolutions.
In the following years, the new strategic focus has been on building and developing a team of consultants with background in organisational psychology to offer a key differentiator on the assessment market through their expertise, focus on quality and value system. Through these, we succeeded to develop and keep together the best team of A&DC experts, and to maintain strong long-term partnerships with our clients, combining proficient use of SHL methodology with know-how sharing and coaching tools.
Between 2008 and 2011, we continued our collaboration with Amadeus group by working together with Andreas Fuhrmann as FB Tests, with an emphasis on our different fields of speciality, in personnel evaluation and respectively coaching.
In late 2011, we embraced the change and continued our work independently from our past associates and partners, looking to the past with gratitude, and to the future with confidence, enthusiasm and responsibility.
We thank and are indebted to our past partners for the life experience they shared with us and for the experiences lived together, which have enriched us and helped harmonize our expertise, exceeding a scholastic approach within our roles. These experiences taught us not to be afraid to embrace difficult moments, as they are a gift that makes us stronger, we learned to make the difference between what it means to be good and what it means to be complete, and for these insights we are grateful.
We would especially like to mention our clients, for during these 10 years together they have offered us the chance to constantly develop our expertise, to learn from their know-how and their evolution, on our turn always putting ourselves to their service, with passion and respect.
We continue moving forward with our clients, learning one from the other, enriching each other, developing and growing together. And for all these, we thank them.
